It's interesting to hear some people felt the animation of this season got hurt by budget limitations, and look at this unfinished looking and shadowless style of animation as an example of running out of time to refine it. I don't know if there's any truth to S2 of JJK having budget/timing issues, but I love seeing the more raw, motion focused animation from time to time.
