Genre Poll for December-Christmas/Holiday
🕑 Added 2022-12-12 17:12:22 +0000 UTCThank you once again for all of the great suggestions and requests! Please bear with us as we try out these new polls, we realize tweaks need to be made to the request post and we will fix that for next month. Keep an eye out for the "What Genre will we watch?" POLL to come out towards the end of this month.
Not all of the movies are listed below but some of the more requested titles are mentioned. Enjoy!
Vote on a movie below and help choose a winner!
Please keep in mind that most requested movies we are blind to. We don't know exactly what genre or how popular most movies are and rely on your comments to help guide us.
Thank you all for your support and happy voting!

Thanks guys for voting anyway for trading places...it's one of best funniest movies ever starring Dan Aykroyd and Eddie Murphy. I think storm, mom and kimmy would like it seeing that like coming to america.

Sit through? You dont have to watch it, you simply dont click the video.

It has Santa Claus and Jack Frost. That's Christmas on holiday movie enough, plus it's quality is QUITE unexpected. I figured it was going to be super forgettable and dumb but I remember some really good emotional scenes there. Maybe I've got rose tinted glasses on remembering it since I only saw it once in the theater for free and unexpectedly loved it.

Not a fan of the 2 winners (I don’t like the animation in PE and Guardians isn’t a Christmas movie.) Really wish It’s a Wonderful Life would win. At least Love Actually is getting a reaction.

Also a modern classic and one of the most popular Japanese Anime movies in recent history. Its also been on polls many times and never made it past middle position in votes.

Please watch "Your Name" next year. Just one space for one of the best japanese anime movie in the history.

3 days left. I wonder if a random movie will have 50 votes by tomorrow even though Polar Express and Guardians are winning .

You can literally say that for ANY movie they watch.
Joel Miller
It is one of my favorite comedies of all time.
Kyle Turman
Anybody who doesn't vote Bad Santa has clearly not seen Bad Santa
AutumnInNewEngland
Its not one of my favorites, but like others I voted for it too for similar reasons.

Joyeux Noel is a wonderful Christmas movie! Its just not going to compete on a Storm Akima poll, sadly.
Joel Miller
Storm reacted to only 4 MCU movies and the 2 Venom movies this year. As for diversity, they listened to the fans and cut Animation and been watching more live action. I am okay with an animated movie winning as we already are getting two live action Christmas films
Nicole Christie
same. I've never seen it but I voted for it too.
Reese Stephens
i’ve never seen the movie but i voted for it being that i know how frustrating it is not to see the movie you want winning

i’ve watched at least 5 reaction channels polar express reactions 3 last year and two this year. I’m done watching them now cause it’s draining, no one is making me do anything. Im simply tired of everyone reacting to the same thing, its time for people to start being different and reacting to the same movies. I know for a fact most people watched that growing up half of the people reacting to it already seen it
Joel Miller
The animation doesn’t age well imo. The story is fine but not the best. I’m glad that Love Actually skipped the poll as I would watch that reaction compared to Polar Express or Rise of the Guardians

Trading places may never win...hopefully storm just randomly watches it at this point.

I went with "It's A Wonderful Life" - shame that the 2005 film "Joyeux Noel" isn't on the poll. It's about the 1914 Christmas Peace during World War I, stars Daniel Bruhl, and is one of the best films I've ever watched.

The Polar Express is a fairly soulless and overrated, but no one's gotta watch ANY reactions. Who's making you?! Are you being held captive?! Who's forcing you to watch things? I sure wish you were watching my YouTube channel's reactions if you're forced to watch them.
Reese Stephens
honestly tired of marvel movies on this channel
Reese Stephens
if i gotta sit through another polar express movie reaction 🤦🏽♂️
Joker59
I wouldn’t classify Rise of the Guardians as a Christmas movie but it does have other holidays in it so I guess it’s okay to react to. 🤷♀️

My sisters and I were just talking about this. We wanted to watch a movie for the holiday. They wanted to watch Rise of the Guardians, while I wanted Jack Frost (1998), Jingle All The Way (1996), or the classic It's A Wonder Life. But they overruled me.
