It makes me so happy listening to someone who actually appreciates the care that went into the cinematography of this show, especially knowing how much flack it got while airing for not following the typical anime mold of being a panel to panel representation of the manga. With respect to Denji, people were so fast to hate on him and write him off as this stereotypically pervy shounen protagonist, when, in my opinion, it was pretty clear even from the first couple of episodes that apart from his connection to Pochita, he's basically an empty shell of a person completely reduced to his primal instincts and behaviours due to shitty life circumstances. He's basically in need of domestication and it's tragic that any kid would have to go through something like that. Looking forward to next weeks review, great job man!

I think that using the English manga logo in your thumbnails is a mistake. The one made for the anime is a lot more faithful instead of being the corniest thing possible.
