The unanswered question for Elinalise's curse is "what is sex" for purposes of alleviating the symptoms. Even barring Rudeus's ED there is a LOT he "could" still do for her if she was willing to forego her personal oath to not sleep with Rudy as Paul's son. Hundreds of years of Ara Ara Onee Chan Elf experience could teach Rudy quite a few things he should really start learning. The technicalities of the curse lack some significant, relevant specifics.

The thing about Elinalise's curse is actually true. Her health will gradually deteriorate the longer she goes without having sex until it eventually kills her. In the novels Rudy mentions how she grew sickly during the long journey to the university whenever they couldn't find anyone for her to sleep with.
