The discussions and insight is what helps set Teaboo apart. Compelling in that regard, especially for deep or psychological shows. For predictable or cut & paste stories, discussion just doesn't hold interest.

I'm good with both and I honestly like the reactions more. But that's kinda cowardly... the discussion make me look at the subject matter in a way I didn't before, and that's totally what you're going for. I have to sit and stew with what I just watched.

In all honesty, the reaction. The discussion is great and is what sets you apart from other reactors. Your analytics are top-notch. It's just hard to balance the two authentically.

i enjoy your in the moment discussion during the reaction (which is not ideal if overdone since u might miss some details) but the post discussion is also great. i just don't have the time and attention to watch through the whole post discussion though

A balance between both, the reaction would be nothing without a little bit of discussion. But too much discussion can be boring, unless is about a show i really really like.

I think you undervalue your reactions tbh. It’s rare to get someone who does in-depth discussions of anime, thus it’s rare to get people who make reaction content where they actually pay close attention and look for details and are interested in the animation itself. I can say with 100% certainty I haven’t seen any other reactor go on sakugabooru, look up voice actors, or be interested in learning who made the show they are watching.
