But this feeling of laziness makes me unhappy, and I dislike myself for being unproductive. I have been struggling with this state for a long time, but finally, today, I managed to overcome it. I really want to share this joy with everyone.
There are two reasons that have demotivated me:
I have been reading too much gossip news that is popular in Taiwan lately, and I have been exposed to many negative comments from internet users. This has been increasing my negative energy. In the past, I wasn't really interested in these things, but since I returned to Taiwan, I wanted to know what has been happening here and what people are thinking. Actually, indulging in gossip or talking about it drains a lot of energy. So, I decided to stop reading things that are meaningless to me and started focusing on people I admire, who share their perspectives on life.
I have desired to do things that are beyond my current capabilities, but I wanted to achieve them right away. I wanted to expand my career but also expected everything to be perfect, which led me to focus on various difficulties for too long, intensifying my negative emotions.
Regarding work, I focused on the aspects within my current capabilities and did my best in those areas. I also innovated some manual exercises that immediately improved my neck and shoulder pain, which made me very happy.
I hope my experience can help people in similar situations. Life is not always smooth sailing, but we can grow together.

Many would think just because a person is beautiful, they wouldnโt encounter problems, but the reality is problems follow us all. You need to face them head on, and donโt let the negative thoughts overwhelm you. You create great content, keep it up and it will keep you positive.
