My wife was recently diagnosed with Lupus, briefly mentioned in this post. Her doctor told her to avoid direct sunlight due to the condition. Before hearing this diagnosis I had been telling my wife to get more sunlight for her overall health but she wants to listen to her doctor and avoid sun for fear or worsening symptoms, which I understand, but what can I say to her now to explain why sunlight is helpful for her condition?

I live in upstate NY. I go outside daily walking. But it doesn’t equal what I need and get in warmer months. Do tanning booths help? Does red light therapy and infrared sauna help during these winter months?

DivaG

Start slow: I started with wearing shorts to my knees during the winter. But I live in the UK, and freezing temperatures are not common. If it's too cold - just wear whatever is bearable and go for a walk. Also, reduce home heating in winter to 15-18°C. It's not normal when people where t-shirts at home, then go to -15°C, and expect not to get sick.

Shawn Shepherd

I live in New England, I won't get sick being shirtless outside in the cold? It can get freezing during winter. Also for how long do I sunbathe?

That's an easy one - stay as much time in the sun/outdoors as you can. Preferably watch the sunrise while grounded and eat local foods in season. In a nutshell: stay outdoor, ground and eat local in season food.

Could someone please give me a starting point, I’m a bit overwhelmed. Trying to get better.

DivaG

Look up Sperti lamp for UVB. It's not ideal and does not replace full spectrum sun. You may want to use it during the day. And also, get cold adapted, eat local foods in season. It's taken me a while, but most of the days I'm wearing a skirt or shorts. It's +4C in London, UK and I'm wearing just a skirt suit, no coat. I'm skinny, and don't have much brown fat, so I'm feeling cold if I'm still. But I'm trying...

I can't be more grateful for Uncle Jack and his teachings. I'm by no means a perfect disciple, but I try... Being 40+ and living in London, UK takes its toll. I need to start working on the way out of this rat race. But to do that , I need max out my brain capacity. Currently, I struggle to focus at my desk job. I looked up, but can't find much on Jack's view on Neurofeedback. A couple of my friends had great results, so I'm researching pros and cons. Can anyone point me to Jack mentioning neurofeedback? He expressed a positive view on it in one or two articles barely mentioning neurofeedback.

Any thoughts on a UV device for the home Jack? Man I wish I had known about you earlier. Had I only put the sale proceeds from selling my practice into BTC. Why would any financial manager advise BTC? They lose all fees from buying and selling stocks we don't even own. Sigh.

I am so glad I found Jack and his compilation of work. My job is a virtual bombardment of blue light. Come January 1sr I look forward to going part time in that environment and reclaiming my light environment in my home and life. 2 people who worked in my department developed Parkinsons. I refuse to be the third. I know I am already badly damaged. But I now have the tools to try and do better from here on out.

Feeling FOMO from all the TIME you added to your life this month? Think back to your life 10 years ago. Where did you live? What were you driving? Where were you working? What bills were you stressed about? Calculate how much money you made in the last 30 days holding Bitcoin. Imagine you are back to your old self. Would you even BELIEVE your future self was capable of it? Adopting Bitcoin, allowed you to adopt TIME to add to your life. Will you use this time wisely now? Thank yourself. You did this. Sit with it. Feel the warmth wash over you. You were fucking right. You are right. You are worthy. Think about where you'll be in 10 years if you keep holding Bitcoin and adopting more TIME. What does life look like when your net worth is 10-100X higher? What are you driving? What property do you own? What charities can you support? How did you invest in your health? What are you doing for fun with your family? Does it calm the FOMO in your hourglass now? https://www.instagram.com/p/DCbv8WqO9ro/

Just spent a week down in the florida keys coming from michigan and the health benefits that you get from being in the sun by the salt water and with the fresh local cuisine it makes sense everything Jack puts in these blogs to increase your quality of life. Now with trump in office, bitcoin booming and RFK chosen as the health director in America, we’re going to be in good hands!

Makes one wonder if the epidemics which ravaged native americans were entirely accidental or the product of a prior rudimentary understanding of germ warfare. Add it to the long list of charges to be investigated by the global inquisition that's coming, I suppose!

Interesting to think that an entire population suffers from a genetic defect induced in large part by a campaign of ethnocide via yersina-carrying mollusks in shared water sources.

I cannot believe this only has 19 likes. I’ve only read it once, am NOT well versed in most of the physics/language, and STILL understand enough of some basics and the simple beauty of its complex nature. And there’s SO much more in here historically that is absolutely fascinating.🌟 I’m nearly 2 years into reading/listening to Dr. Kruse & only recently joined Patreon as I am thirsty for more. It empowers me to heal myself AND my family/community.💚 Sitting here in the sunlight with my little lions 🦁, less worried about food (albeit very mindful about not just what, but recently how much I eat) absorbing Dr Kruse’s brilliant mind shares, and the constant golden life giver above Surya 🌞. My family and some naysayer “friends” who claim, “you need to stay out of and protect myself from the sun” witnessing the vitiligo all over my face/neck, hands, feet and more, fill back in over a span of 6.5 months. This as well as at least 5 other autoimmune issues completely reversing. In a world of impatient hedonists, this felt like a nano-second. I sleep like a healthy newborn baby now at least 5-6 nights per week. Nothing is “perfect” yet, but you can gamble my wages that my health is moving toward the most “directionally accurate” position possible for an older female. I would absolutely not be paying it forward without annoying everyone around me with Dr. Kruse’s hard to come by knowledge. So I do. They’re all slowly but surely more curious as they watch the almost magical transformations continue. And so I will say, unapologetically, thank you Dr. Kruse for being the most passionately in-your-face, sometimes potty-mouthed badass mofo. I may still need to learn a lot and have SO many novice questions, but I realize it’s solely up to me to keep learning and walking the talk, until the gears click with the rythym of Mother Nature. Gracias, Thank you, and respect 🙏🏽

It's a valid question Michael! I was recently diagnosed with CIRS and am currently on the Shoemaker protocol, while supplementing with the leptin and cold thermogenesis RX. My MSH is at 16 and I'm able to get a tan, it would be great to know how that's possible. keep up the good work amigo!

Q: Hi, I'm new here & wondering if there are any good options for making structured EZ water. There are a lot of expensive options online, but I know that water is usually EZ in nature. Would putting my water in a glass container exposed to the sun help? Or maybe a two-step process where I do that and put water in a metal container on a grounding mat? Thanks. Answer: Viktor Schauberger observed the following ...... "Schauberger observed a close relationship between water and woodland. Not as we currently perceive it, with the trees simply consuming water. Instead, he theorized that water was produced in the forest. Water is kept cool in the forest by overhanging vegetation. When a forest is felled, the groundwater is exposed to the sun's rays, making water hot and aggressive. Schauberger said that this disregard for water makes water lose its character. Explaining that widespread deforestation is one of the causes of the deterioration of water quality Energy can be equated with life or life force. Water reaches its highest energy content when it’s at its densest – which is when it’s at a temperature of +4°C (+39.2°F). A proper water spring normally has a temperature of +4°C (+39.2°F). When water is exposed to heat, it loses its vital life energies. Water maintains its energy by staying cool and continually moving, preventing the germination of harmful bacteria. It can also resist rapid changes in temperature, which helps us maintain a healthy body temperature. “Comprehend and copy nature” = the wisdom of Viktor Schauberger, which was said millions of times by Uncle Jack. As the video lesson below touched on how your body makes metabolic water, we need to get outside. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DB_b8-HObuR/

Any resources on using light water and magnetism to get off TRT? (Fit male in my early 30’s). Listened to as many of your interviews as I could find (over 100 hours at this point) and a few dozen of the blogs/Patreon articles but only found it mentioned in passing.

Can you expand more on VUV, where is this source from exactly ?

I just moved to Zaragoza in El Salvador this weekend and sunmaxxing! Love it so far! What could explain very-very low aMSH but still being able to tan? This seems like an oxymoron if aMSH is driving the melanin creation in the skin. (A doc tried treating me using Richie Shoemaker's CIRS protocol for 15mo to only minor improvement). Shoemaker uses aMSH and Vaso-active Intestinal Peptide (and mitochondrial transcriptomics) to diagnose mitochondrial dysfunction - but it never made sense to me what theoretical rational might explain still being able to tan with a 60 minute noon sun-exposure while simultaneously having neglible aMSH.

This is mostly over my head, but was fascinated by your discussion of bloodletting. It went on for a very long time and many doctors were utterly convinced of its value by what they saw at bedside - Benjamin Rush being the most famous example. It’s quite the puzzle given its complete repudiation. Surely all those doctors weren’t utterly delusional. Bloodletting was also used to reduce pain, perhaps because dehydration tends to do that (or so I’ve heard). That was the only explanation I could come up with until now.

If you ever wondered where your dreams come from, look around. It is right here when you come around to living solar-heavy. As long as karma exists, the cosmos moves and requests adaptation. There will always be karma to be taken care of. Your decision to change awaits. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i4NdtFsE78w

Mind-boggling Jack. Very thorough analysis.👍👌

Thanks again Uncle Jack. You’re an awesome man. I listen to your podcasts on loop as I do my Australia Post job outside all day. Selling lots of my book which is all based on your fabulous knowledge and is helping so many. Especially lots of Indians worldwide because another awesome man called Guru Pashupati follows you too. Thanks for all you do.

I feel fortunate to have found explanations for why we become ill and how life works, thanks to you, Dr. Jack Kruse. I’m not a professional in medicine or scientific fields and began following your work from zero knowledge. At first, I didn’t understand your articles at all, but I had the advantage of not being "conditioned" by centralized teachings. So, little by little, I’m gaining understanding, and most importantly, applying it to my daily life. Thank you very much, Dr. Jack Kruse.

Fascinating article Dr. Jack! I’ve just begun following you but I’m not new to being “awake” ! While I don’t have the full understanding of the terminology it resonates within me. This article brings me to my son…I’ve mostly homeschooled my son from 4-7 grades and then he went to private and this year public. He’s 15 and I’m concerned with the time change and the lack of sunlight exposure along with his school using Chromebook’s, artificial lighting and his screen time with his friends and he’s starting to get really depressed. There is a part of me that feels I should pull him out and go back to Homeschool and Co Op where we can bring balance back. Question…while I’m seriously considering my first option I’m looking for alternatives and you mentioned red light therapy in some of your other articles, would that be a remedy for restoring some equilibrium ? We live on the East coast in the northeastern part. Thank you for everything you are doing to help educate and enlighten humanity 💕

I’m reading his book! What a coincidence!
