This is the latest character that I used for many of my vids. She's based on the TomCAT Type-A body with the addition of rigged orifices. She also has a bunch of extra naughty poses, including both orifices. Animating parts-entering-parts is really difficult and I think this model has the most difficult way of achieving that, but it's what I started with and it works. This model is definitely has some messed up or even parts that just don't really work, but it was enough to make what videos I did.
Speaking of poses, the has a ton of facial expressions with makes animating just really easy. It's so fun picking poses to make her look like she's in extacy, or nervous, and paired with a VA, it really sells vids.
She also has a complete bare body based on the TomCAT Type-A body. A bare body enables adding your own clothing. See the tutorial linked below, or swap in other outfits from TomCAT models.
Finally, there is an example of white liquid covering the body. I went through several methods of achieving this and finally found something that works... and now I'm quitting. The pain!
Anyway, here she is. I have loved working with her. IMHO, she just makes any video a success, but I am very biased. I really believe she was what got a following and built this community and got me success. I hope she can do the same for you.

If you have zero cad experience, it will take some learning. You can do a ton of animation tutorials on youtube. Or you could start with still renders, much easier. If you want to dive in, i can find some tutorials based on what you wan to do and your experience level.

Oh, exciting! let me know when you have something. Would love to see it! I will say that rigging the orifices like I have is really inefficient, but works. I've seen stuff with blendshapes and just a couple bones, or other ways to do to with geometry nodes. Never tried those though. And, if you do liquid sim, buy the paid addon "Flip fluids" soooo much better than blender's default flip sim. Hit me up if you have questions.

BTW, this was really painful to post. It feels like I've just destroyed any possibility of regaining this wonderful community and experience. But I mean to quit for good, so once one of you ends up making a killing, there will be no way for me to get back in to the game. So take this model and go find success!
