Since episode 3 will never get finished, I've decided to share the plot I did awhile back. (Thanks for the idea Marco) I'm really hesitant to share this because I am very-much-not a writer. I've also gotten torn up for the cringe dialog in ep1 and ep2.
Also note that from the initial plot, I try to convert it into easy to make animated scenes. I use storyboards and dialog to go along with it. From that point I start animating, and it always ends up deviating from the storyboards. The final result would have been very different than this plotline. But anyway, for what it's worth, here's the write up.
The Confession Ep.3

But just me as long time D&D player and storyline writer of campaigns so please don't take this as any kind of bashing, but bringing the fiance in at this point is great but just have her send him away. The having him catch her part just feels messy and as you put it "cringe" at this point and takes away from the other episodes, just have her send them away and welcome the minotaurs in willingly.
