Character is Aki Izayoi / Akiza Izinski from Yu Gi Oh! 5D's voted for in the September character poll.
Not exactly an original pose, but I had a hard time coming up with something fitting and this kind of pose is always nice in my opinion.

Now that it juts out far enough past her breasts that she can always see it she's probably realised just how big it's gotten.

It is a nice pose, she looks so concerned by the size of her belly. Good thing she isn't feeling up her enormous butt and thighs, so deliciously squished by her boots and garters <3

5 Dimensional hips.

She can hypnotise anyone with those hips, her psychic powers just keep growing more terrifying. Thank you!

I personally think so too, hard to tell if I've made a mistake trying to mimic the original design though, since I think the eyes look odd there too. https://www.yugioh.com/characters/akiza-izinski Edit: moved the mouth a bit up since the nose-mouth distance was definitely off
