Just like last time, I will tally the votes across the three tiers once the poll is over.
I'm still a little bit on the fence concerning the running tally. With how close 2nd place was in the last poll, she's basically guaranteed to win this one if I include the votes from the previous poll.
I think I'll just run another survey when the time comes to close this poll to guage how you guys feel about that.

I feel like I have a more unpopular opinion, but I'm not a big fan of vtubers being on these kinds of lists since they are much more closely linked to a real personality behind them than other fictional characters which feels a little weird. Anyway, good luck on the voting friends.
