Restricted prayers? What is this, RuneScape? Lol

He seems like an angel on probation

Restricted prayers aren't to be used when saving life? Is Class 5 the highest class of demon or does it go to 10? What would be 10, Lucifer himself? Do the angels have numeric ranks? Like his unseen supervisor that can't be bothered to deal with even a Class 5 demon? Nice little bit of lore there about the workings of the supernatural world and that all he needs to heal is holy water.
