Just some render info
🕑 Added 2023-05-18 12:06:38 +0000 UTCAs I mentioned, I have learnt how to make things render much faster.
This first image is taken using the viewport render. It obviously looks horrible because it's meant to be used for dev stuff. It takes only a couple seconds to render.
This second image is made using the basic Iray render engine. I cancelled this render after 1 minute. You can tell that it's not finished because of all the dots. On my awful pc, using standard iray takes ages to render images of varying quality.
This last image uses the method I learnt. That being, I enable SSIM and Post Denoising in iray settings. I cancelled this render after 1 minute, but if I let it render for longer, it would make things like the eyes look better. Plus, it wouldn't take as long as standard iray.
I just thought I would share what I have recently learnt, as it will greatly speed up development time. Thanks for listening :)
