I think all Iβve learned about golf from you is the insane amount of innuendos π I actually really enjoy watching and learning about what people get into though so itβs cool that youβre sharing with us! In terms of your back, even just a tweak of a nerve can set off a muscle spasm, so Iβd recommend magnesium if you wanted to try it (coming from a nurse that worked neuro for a year). I get the same issue sometimes, I hate the pulling feeling down the back of my leg when my sciatic nerve gets annoyed π¬

Lol, these comments have made my Tuesday morning. You lot are filthy π€£π€£π€£ Yoga/pilates (keeps auto-correcting to pirates ... interesting π³) was the key to sorting my back out, am pretty tall (6ft) and mostly work at a computer, so might help you too Cap?

Everybody I know over 6ft have bad backs ,I've got a dodge hip because of my fractured ankle and I have to do hip stretches π€£ it ain't fun ,I again woke up back of 2 to a comment section straight out a carry on film π€£ πββοΈ ,,luv the new video it's just I think you being you ,havin a laugh and the closeness of the whispers and mouth noises make it peak

A coworker just asked what I was watching and my mouth running without thinking said "Some dude showing off his balls". The absolute speed I followed up screaming with GOLF BALLS is a world record I think lol thanks for giving me that opportunity π€£ I hope you figure out stuff with your back. Back pain is not fun at all :( I'm so glad the latest video is doing so well! Love the energy and excitement you bring to all videos, but the off the cuff fun ones are great!

Do you have a seat cushion for your desk chair? Helps me when I have to sit for long periods, so there's less compression on your spine. Plus, nice to add a massage pillow for the lower back while you sit. Loved yesterday's YT video π₯°
