I really like these relaxing videos, especially right now because I've been so busy at work. You've reminded me to put lotion on my hands more often. Being a nurse, I'm always washing my hands and wearing gloves and my hands are constantly dry like sandpaper. I wish I could smell the rosemary and ginger oil. Sounds really nice.
