April Term: Dormammu Sculpture reveal!
🕑 Added 2021-04-30 21:47:21 +0000 UTCWhat's uuuuuuuup amigos!
Let's start this weekend with Wicked models, my dudes!
We bring you a Wicked Original! With you, part of our April diorama: The Dread One, the Lord of Chaos, The Great Enigma! Dormammu! Based on the Dr. Strange movie!
This one was a real challenge for us. In the movie, the character is just a giant head, but we wanted to go further! We knew that some of our people can't print that big, so decided to made him a sculpture too. That's why we made a little investigation and discover some art from the magnific Jerad S. Marantz, Concept designer for the movie. In there, Dormammu appear with the body, and we adapted the idea for our sculpture. Hope you like it!
There is two versions of this one: One with the long ropes of the waist and one without. These ropes are designed to be made in transparent resin, so you can achieve the cosmic look that the Dread one should have! Of course the flames will be separated, so you can print them transparent too!
With this reveal, you can imagine how the final diorama is going to be! It's still on development, but we will have you updated about it.
Please let us know what you think in the comment section below! What you like or what you don't! Your opinion guide us in this process, my dudes!
Alright, time to go, but not before saying million gracias for being part of us, each of you own a little piece of our Wicked heart <3
Enjoy and be Wicked, amigos!

Muchas gracias, Adam! We have to admit that in this one we had to go a little bit more "Freestyle", but its a unique piece to have. I'm sure that this will stand out in your collection!

This turned out awesome guys. You took what you could from the film (admittedly, not much, considering how he was portrayed) mixed in some comic book influence and came out with something great.
