I wont lie this took longer then I expected due to me experimenting with different features that I decided to save for 1.04.

The strength of these presets can be configured by the Overall Sun Strength Multiplier slider - Added presets for cloud brightness at night -

- Added option to change star colour to a custom rgb value.
- Added exposure modes: Garry's Auto Exposure (almost the same AE as before), Fixed Exposure (lets the user control the exposure manually with the fixed exposure target slider) and Fixed Exposure Night (uses Garry's Auto Exposure at day and Fixed Exposure at night).
- Slightly modified AE to be more stable.
- Sky light level for 'Windy' weather has been increased meaning horizon is not longer as dark.
- Cloud contrast has been universally increased for all weathers.
- Chromatic aberration is now disabled by default because of issues with blurred images (thank you to Brett for helping find this out).
