This chaser cam uses a global spice effect to provide UI so you can adjust key parameters in real time.

A MINIMUM OF PURE 2.51 IS REQUIRED FOR UI TO FUNCTION
Install contents of the zip manually to the Assetto Root Folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa
Once installed, select Garry's Customisable Dynacam in Content Manager in CSP under Chaser Camera (like show below).
To use the UI, open the Pure PP ingame app and select the spice tab. From there open the Garrys_Customisable_Dynacam drop down menu and modify the parameters to your liking.

This is really great to use but when i try rotating the camera its like its pivoting off a point 5m infront of my car, is that just how it is?
