Monday Update - Art Moving Forward

Work continues on the new update, from writing to art creation. This week, I figured I'd show off the new direction that we're moving when it comes to placeholder art.
Above is a rough draft of Olivia Octavius' new model. As you can see, it is noticeably less detailed than our other character renders, which is intentional. In our ongoing effort to unify the art style of the game, any characters, scenes, or otherwise that stick out like sore thumbs will be remodeled with, at bare minimum, a rough draft like this (and will eventually be fully rendered.)
Additionally, because of the heavy art demand anticipated for Act 3, many of the initial scenes will also be in a similar style, with some of the key scenes being fully rendered.
This new direction will allow us to pivot away from AI art nearly entirely, with exception to some smaller things such as backgrounds and maybe the rare scene if I'm feeling I can capture the art style correctly.
As always, I'm looking forward to showing more soon. This update isn't slated to be very massive, so we should be looking at releasing it sometime in March, assuming there's nothing to slow us down. - Kanera
