I downloaded it and tried it on another PC. ModTheSpire worked with both the ++ version and the normal version, the version is fine if it is newer, but I am using the latest version in my environment. I found a bug that if I put the SFW version in at the same time, an error caused by ID covering would occur and increase in the loader, and I solved it by changing the ID. If the above bug has already occurred, unregister the SFW version, delete the NSFW version from the mod folder, then start it again and check only the NSFW version. Please try again to see if the above solves the problem.

its not loading for me mod loader says its built for 1.0 version? does it have any dependencies? okay its 969kb something went wrong in the complying it maybe something to do with assets loading.
