This greatly facilitates adult hippocampal neurogenesis and maturation, also alleviates depression and stress-related responses in animal models.
It is also used to stimulate nerve cells in the brain to improve symptoms of depression.
2. Semax and Phenylpiracetam, direct simulations of the nootropics.
3. The Outlook Retrainer
The outlook retrainer works similarly to the 8 coil shakti 'feel good session'
https://www.god-helmet.com/wp/winshakti/rotating/feelgood_session.htm
But borrows the concept and works towards creating those 'feel good' sessions into a permanent outlook, by helping wire those neurons together, that are firing together in this original session.
Meant to induce a longer last permanent re-wiring of the brain, that act as if one has had a multitude of good experiences, the ones that teach you to look forward to things and perhaps offer a better trust to others, and generally feel comfortable being you.
4. Theanine;
Theanine is an amino acid found in tea. It is also found in some mushrooms.
here is a detailed write up on benefits etc :)

Semax is best for those who looking for a sort of “Negentropic Neurogenesis” type of field as it boosts mRNA NGF and BDNF by more than 800+%! So if you’re looking for an NZT-48 upgrade to your life this is can be it. I recommend using this with Superhuman Genius and any activity that you would like to drive home the neural connections and develop your neurons with to accompany the Semax field The original Piracetam also works with your Corpus callosum and brain hemisphere connectivity ( hence more super learning and aiding Dreams other brain fields already published). I personally use for my hyperpolyglot language learning development since verbal word learning and foreign language acquisition is highly influenced by such brain areas but not limited to of course. Thank you again Dream, cigerimin kosesinden. With these fields people there are no limits to what you can accomplish. Just keep at it.
deep brain magnetic stimulation says it is good for depression. How does this affect you when you are taking antidepressants?? Am I going to feel like I doubled up on my medication dose? how do you get better safely
