That is my question too. I have chronic pain that is believed to be nerve related, but nothing like what's listed.

Is this clean version ok to use daily or 5x a week for a week or two since it’s not containing as many fields it says 2-3 x do I’m assuming that it’s 2-3 a day for this version since this one doesn’t say every other day but wanted to double check . I like this field a lot and am really suffering and the anxiety one doesn’t seem to work for me for some reason but this can be so calming 🤍

Thank you so very much 😊 Somehow I didn’t realize the og version has amygdala fear and release field in it. II bought the shamanic medicine field and know that one has it as well as the trauma field so maybe that is why sometimes I would heavy cry listening to it. I am a crier these days anyway but probably the fear and trauma coming to the surface sometimes with just one listen. The original ptsd one didn’t do that for me though it called but I’m about to try this one:)
