I think the trick is to listen to the body, and when your body says stop listening to an audio, that means it has had enough. Or take breaks.

don't try it at all. It will backfire eventually. The body is not designed for that, trust me. Everyone I know who has used these courses, even the estrogen reducer, worked fine at first, then it threw their hormones out of balance. I found this comment right here What do you think?
