Ego Dissolution

In these moments of mental malleability, we can create new patterns that stay with us to overcome the negative patterns that dominate our lives. But best of all, its a break of all the weight that the patterns of the mind have on us and feel free for an extended period of time. The effect of this is called 'ego dissolution' and it is what this audio induces in you.
One thing to keep in mind is that, your ego may fight back against its dissolution. It may feel like 'you are fading.' You really aren't. The ego has a snake grip on your consciousness and it hangs on to dear life when one rids itself of its grip. For the full experience, try to let go and mental freedom will be rewarded. And no, the effects are not permanent. You will regain your sense of self after some time. But you can certainly create new patterns in this state of openness that are otherwise very difficult to create.

I‘m a mom, I admit we do have ego as a mom or as an authorative figure, my husband was in the military so I naturally adapt that kind of mentality towards the kids, firm and be strong. I notice my kids also kinda grew with the same mentality, strong, resilient (talking back), So that husband is retired and often home...without a doubt I had to change myself and be more gentle and adapt the feminine energy in the household. And here I am, improving with Sapiens work. I love this in particular bec ego is the hardest to break, when you build up too much all of your life. And in honesty, with ego being tamed, relationships is whole lot better! I used to argue about things in life and force to instill my value to my kids but nowadays, I seem to flow more with what is.. things that used to bother me.. don‘t anymore, I don‘t go far left and right in the pendulum but more balanced. It‘s incredible.. having the peace of mind and harmony is something I longed for and it is now here, living it. Infinitely grateful for your work Sapien. And you of course for existing in our lives.

That doesn’t show for me and I don’t have a PC only my Mobile I. An Only save when I download the MP3’s would it be possible to upload the MP3’s? I’ve noticed sometimes you do and sometimes you don’t x
He Kellie, you just need to right click on the file (red underlined at the top) and choose save as. But I think some don't see it on mobile devices.
