Yes you can do so. Imagine the dog tag as an energt field right and then you listening to an energy programmed audio that will be fine but for some people to mutch energy can be over powering for several resons so test it an watch how you feel if you feel as normal than it all good.

My understanding is 4 files for permanent change and the others can be used as many times as we want. I'm still a it confused on this. i.e. eye regeneration would be permanent change does a stem cell vid count in the 4 or can it be played as well as the 4. I find it hard when there are so many to choose from and so many changes that I am wanting.

I have iOS and when I download the files they automatically go to my iTunes. Not in the most organised way though. They'll come up as unknown album which I can't change and the name of the clip in small letters. Just causes me a bit of a hunt when I want to find something.
