It worked from the first listen.. At first i felt that my head was getting kind of numb, then i had a small headache for few seconds and then the headache was gone and i felt pressure in my throat and chest.. then the pressure went to my head and my throat was hurting and i was feeling overwhelmed kind of like the feeling you have before you are about to throw up or faint... But as soon as i finish listening all the pain and pressure left and now i feel lighter, more relaxed, calm and sleepy!!! This audios are so powerful. I'm forever grateful! <3
