Yes mushrooms get you high, but micro dosing really helps with depression and anxiety. Many places will give small doses to people over the course of a few weeks and stop as it seems to almost reset the brain. I’ve done them at higher volumes and I feel VERY connected to nature and always wanted to be outside. It made me really think about all aspects of life and society and I realized I didn’t want to be apart of it, but I HAD to to survive. Sort of depressing but gave me a ton of amazing insight and I live more peacefully every day. It’s only great if in moderation. Certain individuals taking too much or with the very wrong mental health concern can actually lose themselves completely and can’t find their way back. It’s important to always consult a doctor if interested. Hope it helps!
