Yes most of them are on here now. The new ones always get updated the older ones need to get re created so he occasionally or when someone requests them makes them new and uploads them on patreon.

Based on my observation, it's because, now, the $1 tier has access to some videos (24 according to the marketing). Before, $1 didn't get access to any videos. For people who are not on the $1 tier get that message. The 24 videos are already part of the $4.5 tier.
