I work in a male prison and we have at least 20 people who are transitioning.. illegal or not it doesn’t matter. It’s already happening. Where I live they stay in the male prison even after the surgery.

True story. Used to work at a max security prison….inmate “identified” as a female but was genetically a male with all male attachments and was transferred to a female prison.
