Capri Sun definitely came in bottles at one point when we were younger. They were sliver aluminum bottles. I think they might have only been in the extreme lunchables back when they stopped putting soda in them, but I’m not entirely sure 😂

Interestingly there are conditions that are the opposite of a loose pelvic floor(which most ladies use kegels for). Some ppl might have a overactive tense pelvic floor which is also what I have. It sucks but at least I can listen to the Basement Yard boys. Love y'all💗
