Gonna throw this out there but I had problems with Sleep apnea myself and continued to use Heart Strengthening and cholesterol plaque removal both on YouTube everyday 2x a day for like 3 months and I no longer suffer from sleep apnea problems... maybe worth looking into?

something to help you sleep if you had too much caffeine lol. I had so much black tea yesterday I couldn't sleep and only got 4 hours of sleep xD going to make a switch to another tea without caffeine.
