There is a tightly controlled feedback loop that controls the growth or lengthening of bone, the growth plates may still have a small amount of room for growth sometimes,

Is this only for growing upwards? I'm fine with my current height, but I'd like to have larger hands and feet and broader shoulders. Also, what should I use to make the bone structure larger?
Been listening to this for about a month,, didn't observe any noticeable change... Has it worked for anyone here?.. On the other hand.. I have noticed results from other audios.. Just not this one
