Bone and Organ Breathing
🕑 Added 2019-08-10 15:30:13 +0000 UTCThis is an advanced energy breathing technique, what this will do is work with your breath in a form of pranayama to saturate your bones and organs with prana and oxygen. You should also practice the pranayama method explained in an earlier video, while listening to this.
This can help speed healing and regeneration, strengthen and make your own system more robust and able to withstand a lot more than previous.
You may feel a buzzy feeling throughout your body, and even a little lightheaded.

Just what I need when I feel like I’m dying from the steam room lol I’m cutting water hard
I am trying to figure out what happened
Wait hold on, how do I download these now? I can't see the hyperlink anymore and have tried to right click on the image/play button and it won't let me download on computer. Downloading on the app works fine though.
This is awesome! Thanks Sapien!! If possible I would love to request the Reiki massage (energy healing) field.
