I noticed in a re-read, that after MC says Seven isn't wrong it just says Seven looks at the MC's face - but in the book they look at the MC's face, and then down to their wrist/tattoo. I kind of like that Seven maybe doesn't notice that they do that, but the MC DOES. As it seems very on-brand for Seven.

I really don’t understand the jealousy/distrust about Seven and Avinas relationship. It’s not (currently) romantic from Seven or Avinas POVs. If anything it’s leaning into codependency which is BAD given Seven history. To me, it’s a clear mirror and indication that Seven and MCs relationship needs maturity to grow…not fall back into how things were.
