[devlog] What can we expect in ComeCloser 0.9 update?

It's been 45 days since the last 0.8 update and we have been a little quiet ever since. Mainly because we have been very busy working on the new 0.9 update!
We have been a little greedy for this one, we must admit. Adding a new character is not an easy task given the level of detail of ComeCloser. Sculpting the body/face and drawing a skin texture is the visible part of the iceberg. We also need new physic and static hair, outfits, adapted collisions, facial expressions, poses... And each character comes with their own unique environment and story!
Also, Erica has her very specific needs, as you will soon realize... removable shoes, accessories, non-loop animations, physics for toes, better foot collisions and some other surprises are at the menu of this update.
It's quite a lot and you will need a little more patience before you meet Erica in the flesh ^^

We would like that a lot indeed, but it is not a simple subject. To make it right, we need to implement a fluid simulation, which cost a lot of performances. It's not a simple subject but we plan on working on it, maybe at the end of this year

Sadly there is no hidden CC buttons for the moment. We still want to add them but the community has voted other priorities

Welcome and thank you for your pledge ! For performances reasons, the Quest standalone version has the following restrictions: - lower graphics quality (mainly lights and shadows), - only static hairstyles, - no cloth.

I'm confused. You mention airlink but also the fact that you have an official cable. Do you have issues with Link with cable or wireless (Air Link)? If the issue is that the game works with Link with cable, but not in Air Link, please check the folowing: - SteamVR is correctly launched and your Quest is recognized, - Air Link is activated and you can see the Oculus Desktop environment, - the game is correctly launched on the PC, You need to "allow unknown sources" in your Oculus parameters. It is possible that the game does not appear in the unknown sources in your headset. In this case, you just have to launch the game manually from the desktop. Does it help?
The game doesnt launch with airlink.. occulus quest 2 :( Still loading. I have an official cable + game in library. Tried version 7 and 8.
