Posture!
🕑 Added 2020-02-19 14:06:04 +0000 UTCThe past week I've had crazy shoulder pain and it really bothered the living daylight out of me! I first thought that I must have overworked it or otherwise damaged it, but alas, it was my terrible posture! I love sitting hunched over my tablet for hours on end, but it comes at a painful cost :'D I have since been working hard on being self aware with how I sit, no more crossed legs, straight back and my shoulders down instead up hitched way up to my ears. I hope I can keep this up!
