These files are .APK and .IPA files. For the installation , download the file for the version that you have (Android or IOS) and Google on how to install these file extensions (They are pretty standard)

Hi I downloaded for the Android version from this link and it keeps downloading as a ZIP.
I can't seem to take Gloria's picture on the shower. she just won't appear there. Am I doing something wrong?
where is the location of the savefile for android?

You will need to use an IPA file installer. A very common one is Cydia Impactor or you can Google for other alternative programs/procedures that will do that for you. The game needs to be this way as it is not a Apple verified app hence all of these games/programs are installed this way. It is quite common and usually an easy procedure
What about iOS?

You don't extract them. For example the .APK which is for Android , all you have to do is run it from your phone and it should auto-install. If you get a Warning from the Play Store/Google etc , just click Accept and allow the game to install
I got files but how to extract them
