Friday Art Preview on a Thursday - 10/6/22
🕑 Added 2022-10-06 18:21:41 +0000 UTCHi everyone, I know what you're thinking. "It isn't Friday yet? What's with the art preview?" Well Jason and I will be traveling tomorrow for Shycon, our very first Button Shy convention! So we decided to do the art preview early for you.
Today's art preview is an exciting one for us. Earlier this year we had a "Numbers on Cards 18 Card Challenge". We asked designers to make a game using cards numbered 1-18. One of the finalists was this game, Numbsters! Numbsters was designed by Milan Zivkovic. You might recognize him from Rove and Battlecrest. Here is his contest entry video, before the game got its official title and was known as "One Eight Too Much".
We really wanted something fun and playful with the art so we hired Luke Flowers. Check out his art, it's a perfect fit.
As we approach the release of the game we will share more info and artwork with you! For now that's all we have for this week's art preview. See you next week!
