We had such a good run. We were great together. Now we stand in front of each other, just minutes before our last goodbye. There’s so much to say. And so much we know will be left unsaid.
I Guess This Is It is a two-player game about saying goodbye. Players take the role of two people once strongly connected standing before each other in the final minutes before their last goodbye. They will work together to try and say as much as they can before leaving, but being careful not to hurt each other's feelings.
The mechanics aim to emulate the emotions of the moment, in which there's so much you want to say before they go, but you also don't want to make the other person feel guilty or neglected. You know time won't be enough and there will be things left unsaid. How do you make the most of this last instant together?
Forget stretch goals, with each pledge of $10+ you'll receive AdvanceQuest: The New Hill.
AdvanceQuest is a compact adventure system. Generate a character with any traits you want, and advance your way through the story, rolling dice against challenges and trying to reach the end.
In "The New Hill" you will protect the village of Berryside from ravenous insect creatures that are attacking the town and all who inhabit it.

I'm in the "didn't read all the way to the $5 more a month to get the rpgs on that one update" crowd. So if I bump up now to $25 (so extra $5 starting with March 1st charge) will I get the remaining RPGs for 2022? And in order to get this game I should either back the KS now or plan to buy it later / sub it for a feature. -- is that all right? Many thanks for the answers.

Where is the announcement about the $25 level? I never saw a post titled NEW RPG LEVEL! Why not? Many of us have clearly been blindsided by this development and we just want to continue our collections as we have been. I think the real frustration is that if I had known, I would have signed up immediately and wouldn't feel left out now. I suspect many others feel the same.

I decided to upgrade based on the info on future games on the KS, but of course, even though it's the 1st, I must've already been charged my $20 and it won't upgrade until March. :-/ I'd passed on it when I learned of it part way into January because I have zero use for 2P games, but I figure I can easily resell anything like that in my local buy/sell games group. Will pledge this KS for the sake of the AdvanceQuest game.

I would also like to get AdvanceQuest: The New Hill but not I Guess This Is It, as I mostly play solo. For that same reason, I'm not pledging at the RPG $25 level, because it seems like most of the RPGs won't be solo. Is there a way for someone like me to get AdvanceQuest: The New Hill without having to buy I Guess This Is It or start pledging for the RPG level?

I’m getting confused by the pledge calculator by $1. If I’m a US-based $10 BGotM member and I just want the game, do I pledge $9 or $10? For the Skulls of Sedlec Expansion collection I pledged $9 based on the calculator saying that should be the “total”. I may have been $1 short in that campaign because of that now that I think about it…

Usually in KS announcements on Patreon it states what will be offered in future BGotM packages so we don't pledge for stuff that is coming our way regardless. That info is missing in this update. Does that mean the I Guess This Is It and the AdvanceQuest content will not be in future BGotM packages?
