You gulp and give into the pressure. You explain how you woke up somewhere unknown, chased by horrors you've never experienced before, forced to ascend levels in this hotel to escape. You try to explain where you came from but you find holes in your memory, unsure the true origin of your existence. You re-emphasize reaching the top floor of this hotel. All the while, the stallion watches you, occasionally inhaling from his pipe. When you finally finish, you look up pleadingly at the stranger.
He turns around, digging into a pile of his possessions and brings out something glittery. Immediately your mind wavers and you reach for it but the stallion holds it beyond your reach.
"This right here is your one-way-ticket outta this joint, I would've used it a long time ago but I ain't got nothing to go back to."
You open your mouth but he cuts you off, "I ain't give that to you for free. You got something I want sitting in them pockets of yers."
Something in the back of your mind retaliates. Gingerly, you pull out the pocketwatch and pop it open. You notice that the minute hand is ticking at the 45-minute mark instead of near 12. The stallion puts out his hand. Your mind clouds with greed, your judgement sways.
> Give up the pocketwatch.
> Try and take the ticket.
> Refuse.
