You step towards the smaller door and notice it's cracked open slightly. Upon opening the door, a warm breeze meets both of you for the first time in a while. You step through into a tunnel that has been dug out; stones line the pathway and wooden beams support the walls and ceiling above you. But as you progress into the winding maze, the tunnel begins to warp and the stone has been replaced with dirt, the walls supported by their own weight.
You keep the torch in front in hopes of illuminating any kind of danger before you. Both of you shuffle along this dark path for quite a while before the pathway starts to open up. Something in you feels a pull, and you take the lead. You follow this pull left, then right, then right again. Soon enough, you step out into a wide space with a design language that mimics something much more ancient. The cobblestone splays out in large panels, the stone becoming much more intricate and carved into faces and claws. You step up some stairs and before you are a series of open pathways similar to that of an anthill.
You spot something out the corner of your eye and you see a statue accented with gold. You hobble over and try to pick at the gold inlay. You bunny sighs as he pulls you away from trying to break off the shimmering details. Here, the pathways are all of similar height to the previous door you entered.
You observe the numerous openings and try to use your senses to narrow down your options.
