It occurs when you loop after all 3 endings have been unlocked. Now just need to fix the Free Play mode.
Also, here's the censored version. I've went with the patch approach. Or DLC if Steam allows it.

Xrays are disabled, birth scenes fade to black and nudity is covered up with lingerie. This had the side effects of Kari's see through nipples being hidden, since it relies on there not being a bra.

Congrats! bet that's quite a feeling. Hopefully I can feel the same at some point when I have more time. Excited for the freeplay, due to the replayability of it :D

This is a very nice epilogue to the story and I love the deja vu idea am very very excited for free play to come out soon. But please don't stress over debugging I know gm2 can be a bitch sometimes with those things.

The head appears as well. It's a red herring. Makes puzzles more interesting since the player might take extra items into consideration. Otherwise you immediately know that any item you have is used for a puzzle.
