Drag Prefab onto your Avatar's Hierarchy, unpack completely, and resize as necessary.
Reposition Reset Transform as desired, if necessary.
OPTIONAL: Type name of the desired Avatar Menu where you wish for the toggle to appear.

Drag Prefab onto Avatar Hierarchy and unpack completely.
Drag the Reset Transform onto your Avatar Hierarchy (same place as the prefab).
Open Avatars 3.0 Manager via VrLabs. (Downloadable through VrChat Creator Companion under Manage Project).
Merge Bean Bag FX onto current FX.
Merge Bean Bag Parameters onto current Parameters.
Add the Bean Bag MENU to your VrChat Menu. (Example Menu).
