Ive mentioned SubscribeStar but my minimal research into it has led me to believe its more trouble than its worth overall. Am still somewhat considering it tho...
The two im strongly considering at this point (even tho i still need to research them more) is Substack and Fourthwall. Ko-Fi is also in consideration...
HOWEVER, I am aware that yall are from all over the world but Patreon unfortunately doesnt give me geographical analytics of where my audience is based (i dont need the individual info just like a colored map knowing what countries are in the list lmao). The importance of this is obviously because if i migrate it has to be to platforms that are able to be utilized by YALL - whats the point of going somewhere if yall cant even access it or cant even give me your money (only if you want to lmaolmao).
In the poll below Ive listed the aforementioned options plus Channel Members which is YouTube's community funding platform (the Join button below monetized channels) - if you for some reason are both a channel member AND a patron (first of all bless your entire life) and know that theres less content there in comparison - know that I am theoretically planning on moving a LOT of content that previously wasnt available there if it ends up as a migration location. Im also including Subscribestar in the poll just because... but again im not inclined to use it cause i hear about payment issues all the time from both creators and subscribers.
Click on options you are either inclined to follow me to in a theoretical migration, or that just flat out are available to you in your country/payment method of choice AT ALL. You can vote for as many that apply - if they all work and youll follow me everywhere like a yaoi apostle then select them all - if none of them are available in your country then select that option as well. The page for each platform's country availability is linked at the bottom of this post - do your own research into each as well if youre so inclined.
ALSO if you have any input on this PLEASE share with me in the commentsm, by direct message here on patreon (NOT the chat feature) or on discord. This theoretical migration is not on a whim, Ive had COUNTLESS unnecessary issues with this fuckass site for years now and based on the direction theyre headed (a wannabe crowdfunding social media site HURL) I REALLY would like to jump ship sooner rather than later.

i wouldn’t subscribe to a substack because of their content policies 😞 but i appreciate it sounds like patreon has been a pain for you.
