Slow Damage - Second Route Poll (All Patrons)

*SPOILERS FOR THE MOST RECENT PART OF THE PLAYTHRU*
so obviously if youre caught up its been revealed (if you couldnt tell from chapter 2 lmao) that this current playthru is currently on the TAKU ROUTE!
That being said, i always play a second time for OTR w/Gene Tier Patrons so its time to decide the route for thaaaaat. I have explanations of the options below if youve never played the game before and i honestly dont even know all of the routes myself since ive only played the Taku route at this point so i can only pitch based off what ive heard. Also ill be playing ALL of them after the second playthru on my own time and doing a full podcast review of the game like usual after everything is doneeee~

Rei Izumi - you know him, ya love him (or you dont... HOMOPHOBE) now its time to romance him or inevitably fuck up that DAMNED interrogation shit and send him and us into OBLIVION. (This route is the alternate to Taku's so i can either play from the beginning and go for Rei or follow a guide to assure hes achieved then play blind from there).
Madarame - we havent even MET this man but ive heard hes problematic so thats hot, also HE'S hot, RED MEANS GO~~~ (This route can only be achieved thru special circumstances or some shit so id need to do that to unlock it but i did Taku's route already so im halfway there).
Fujieda Ryo - UGH lawyers, how much will he charge us per interaction? Will the interrogation mini game be TIMED because we have a BUDGET? And how much of his clothes can we take off? He looks like hes ripe and ready to be obliterated so im into it. (This route can only be unlocked after completing the other 3's good ends so id just need to do that off screen first).
All The Bad & Good Ends - Similar to what i did with Dramatical Murder where i go thru the routes on my own time and then react to the endings for all the love interests.
My Choice - self explanatory, id do what im feeling at the time out of all the options below

I'm dying to know why so few people voted for Fujieda (aside from his gross hairstyle in the posted picture lol) but I guess it's impossible to answer this question without spoilers π

Oh shit π I deliberately did all the bad endings before progressing far into Fujieda's route, and then intentionally went for his bad ending first to make sure to leave on a good note and avoid feeling EXACTLY LIKE THAT

Okay, I'm just gonna share my personal experience with the game, idk if that will help you decide. I'll be as vague and spoiler free as possible. The way I played it is by playing the routes in order (by accident lmao) which is Taku>Rei>Madarame >Fujieda, but I only did a good endings run the first time. HUGE MISTAKE FOR ME cause going through Fujieda's route made the bad endings hit 10x as hard. I highly do recommend going through the whole thing, because each route builds up on the next one, and they make reference to each other. The bad endings you also do not need to do a full run of the route for, majority of routes have 2 bad endings or just one, it's all about making that one wrong move (like in Taku's route: taking Mayu's invitation or steeringthe final interrogation in the wrong direction), so I would suggest making saves along the way and experiencing them whenever you like. Hope you continue enjoying the game! Also yeah good luck with the interrogations lmao I fucking hated doing Madarame's without a guide, that's for sure.
