Hey my dude, I get it. as someone who has lost a lot of time feeling like im not good enough and missing out on years of practice of my art, i regret not just making stuff. I always felt like it was never good enough. Ignore that feeling. I guess it sounds like you keep making art but just not posting it, but either way I think you will find that people are still interested in that process of moments when you nor on top of your game. But I think it is healthy for everyone to understand that it is not just a switch you can turn on. I love following your work and am looking forward to seeing more. Thanks for being an inspiration to me!

All creators go through artistic peaks and valleys. Take your time and take care of yourself and the art will come. Stressing about it is a surefire way to never want to draw again, take it from me, the guy who stresses about art way too much and lets it make him not want to draw ;)
