Chapter 108: Restlessness

Previously, he had visited Planet Yardrat and found that Celine and Bardock were still deeply engrossed in learning the secret techniques. Not wanting to disturb them, he decided to return to Red Mountain Planet first.
With Instant Transmission, the vast distances of the universe were no longer an issue for Xavier. It was just a matter of a thought.
He didn't seek out Adriel or the others immediately but headed straight to the training area. The training zone was bustling, with Saiyans engaging in various forms of training. Compared to a year ago, the overall strength of the Saiyans had improved significantly.
Xavier walked through the lively atmosphere, feeling quite pleased.
Soon, he arrived at the training ground for the special forces. In the training ground, dozens of young Saiyans were sparring with each other. When they saw Xavier approach, they stopped their movements and stood at attention, greeting him in unison. Xavier smiled and nodded, continuing to observe their training progress.
In the middle of the once flat and spacious training ground, three or four towering buildings over a hundred meters high had been erected.
These were gravity training chambers that Xavier had specially prepared for the special forces members. They were relatively rare mid-level gravity chambers capable of reaching 100 times Earth’s gravity. At that moment, about a dozen special forces members were training inside. Xavier checked and saw that the gravity was set to only 15 times Earth’s gravity, nodded approvingly, and moved on.
Xavier's main concern was that the young Saiyans might recklessly set the gravity chambers too high, exceeding their physical limits. Fortunately, these children followed his instructions and avoided blind training.
What Xavier didn't realize was that his status among the Saiyans on Red Mountain Planet was far more revered than that of the former leader, King Vegeta. Especially in the hearts of the special forces members, Xavier was like a deity, full of might and authority.
He then went to check on Shakda and Atasya and found that they were steadily improving their power levels. Satisfied, Xavier moved on.
...
Walking along the elegant, bustling cobblestone path, Xavier saw several female Saiyans shopping for food. Although the food delivery on Red Mountain Planet was managed by Fidaian-manufactured machinery, internal trade still took place in the residential areas.
A familiar figure ahead caught Xavier’s attention. He smiled and approached.
"Lord Xavier, you're back! How is Bardock?" Gine asked excitedly when she saw him.
Xavier smiled, "Don't worry, Bardock has found a way to treat the curse's aftereffects on Planet Yardrat, but it will take some time before he can return." He then noticed the child in Gine’s arms and stepped closer to play with her, asking, "What's the child's name?"
"This is our daughter, Elsie!" Gine said happily.
"Elsie," Xavier repeated softly, then stared at the baby in Gine's arms for a long time, marveling at the wonders of life. Bardock hadn't gone back in time, and Goku had a sister!
"By the way, Lord Xavier, you haven't been back for a long time. Did you know that Sister Rebecca is pregnant?" Gine said, her tone light and friendly. Both Bardock and Adriel were the top warriors of Red Mountain Planet, so their families were quite close.
"Aunt Rebecca is pregnant?"
Xavier was taken aback for a moment, then smiled and nodded. It made sense; Uncle Adriel and Aunt Rebecca were still relatively young. Having another child was only natural. He wondered what Celine's reaction would be when she heard the news.
Xavier stroked his chin thoughtfully.
"Ha ha, there are still too few Saiyans on Red Mountain Planet. The more children, the better!" Xavier said with a laugh, then asked Gine about the recent situation on Red Mountain Planet.
Gine thought for a moment and said, "Overall, Red Mountain Planet is doing well. However, many Saiyans are itching to go out and fight. Red Mountain Planet is the main base, so they can't fight with full force here. Even so, many continents have been damaged."
Xavier listened, his brow furrowing.
Saiyans were a warrior race, and without battles, life seemed less enjoyable. On Red Mountain Planet, these Saiyans were very restrained, but even so, their battles caused significant destruction. Xavier planned to manage Red Mountain Planet for the long term. If the environment was destroyed, it might take hundreds or thousands of years to recover.
This situation was frustrating for the Saiyans, and managing them became difficult for Xavier.
"It seems I need to find something for these Saiyans to do!" Xavier thought, planning to discuss this with Adriel later.
After bidding farewell to Gine, Xavier returned to his home, rested for a while, and then headed straight to Adriel's house.
Rebecca, with a noticeably large belly, opened the door. The child would be born soon.
"Aunt Rebecca, it looks like Celine will soon have a little brother or sister..." Xavier joked with a smile.
Rebecca laughed, "Why are you back alone? Aren't Celine and the others back yet?"
"Learning the secret techniques of Planet Yardrat isn't easy. Celine and the others will be there for quite a while!" Xavier chuckled. In the original story, it took Goku a year to learn Instant Transmission, possibly with the help of the Yardratians. Xavier thought it would take Celine some more time to master it.
"Where's Uncle Adriel?"
"He's still training in the gravity chamber. I'll go get him." Rebecca said as she invited Xavier to sit inside and went to call Adriel.
Adriel's home was like his own, so Xavier felt no restraint. He found a sofa, sat down, and started eating some fruit.
Before long, Adriel came in, holding a damp towel. His dark face showed some joy. Xavier noticed that in just a year, Adriel's power level had risen to 62,000! He was one of the few Saiyans who had broken the 50,000 mark.
It seemed that once the floodgates opened, the peak power of the Saiyans was steadily rising. Of course, Xavier knew very well that this rise would eventually hit a "ceiling." Reaching a certain level would make further progress extremely difficult.
"Xavier, how was your experience on Planet Yardrat?" Adriel asked enthusiastically.
"It was great, very rewarding!" Xavier replied with a smile.
He then briefly recounted the key events since leaving Red Mountain Planet. When Xavier casually mentioned defeating the Mecha Troops and that his daughter Celine had reached a power level of 140,000, Adriel and Rebecca couldn't help but feel proud.
However, when Xavier mentioned encountering Cooler, Adriel couldn't help but worry, scolding, "Xavier, why would you challenge Cooler so soon? It's a good thing nothing went wrong!"
Cooler was even more terrifying than Frieza, and when Xavier revealed that Cooler displayed a power level of 1.5 billion, both Adriel and Rebecca gasped in shock, their faces showing utter disbelief.
"Actually, I wanted to escape, but I hesitated for a moment, and Cooler was already upon me..." Xavier said helplessly. "Cooler is truly formidable. My space-time abilities were useless against him. I miscalculated!"
"It seems the Saiyans still have a long way to go for revenge," Adriel sighed deeply, feeling a sense of dread. Frieza, Cooler, and the unknown power of King Cold were immense obstacles standing in the way of the Saiyans. Until they were removed, the Saiyans couldn't truly rise.
Then, hearing Xavier talk about the visions seen through the "Spirit Eye," Adriel's brow furrowed deeply. "If what you say is true, nearly all Saiyans are heavily burdened with sins and will face King Yemma's judgment in the afterlife?"
Adriel found it hard to believe, but he trusted Xavier, which left him profoundly shocked.
"So, for us, the appropriate course of action should be to quickly cleanse the Saiyans of their sins and change their bad reputation in the universe."
"What's your specific plan?"
Xavier smiled and said, "The Saiyans on Red Mountain Planet are becoming restless due to the lack of battles, right? We'll start from there."
"You mean..."
Adriel looked at him curiously, noticing that Xavier was increasingly showing the qualities of a leader. As the leader of the Saiyans, he needed to possess such decisive and domineering charisma. This wasn't a criticism, as the Saiyans were a warrior race, and their leader needed to be dominant and assertive.
