Chapter 103: Cooler’s Arrival
🕑 Added 2024-05-27 16:46:39 +0000 UTC"Do you think invoking Cooler's name will scare me? What a joke!" The scenario the aliens had imagined did not unfold. When they heard Xavier's response, they realized that even the name of King Cooler couldn’t intimidate him, causing a surge of inexplicable fear in their hearts.
Xavier took a step forward and suddenly vanished without a trace. The aliens, their nerves already taut, formed a tight circle and cautiously watched their surroundings.
"Slash!"
A razor-thin, ki-formed blade suddenly appeared overhead, then sliced downward in a brilliant arc. The massive blade, infused with tremendous force, descended from above. The aliens, horrified, scrambled to escape in all directions.
With a thunderous crash, the gigantic blade struck the ground, leaving a long, deep fissure. Those who narrowly escaped felt cold sweat on their faces, silently thankful for their quick reflexes.
"Do you really think you can escape?"
Xavier’s voice, like the call of death, echoed around them, followed by a sudden flash of cold light. In a blur, Xavier's form darted among them, and attacks from all directions began to rain down.
Bam! Bam! Bam! Fists filled with wild power struck relentlessly, the forceful blows shaking the earth, causing mountains to crumble. The aliens hit by Xavier's fists had no time to react as their bodies were shattered by the impact, thick liquid splattering everywhere.
In a matter of moments, only four or five of the dozen aliens remained.
At this moment, Xavier abandoned his usual energy and psychic attacks, relying instead on pure physical strength. The exhilarating sensation of throwing punches made his blood boil, the Saiyan ferocity within him awakening.
"So… strong!" The few remaining aliens, battered and fleeing, quickly put distance between themselves and Xavier.
The surviving aliens were the elite among them, the strongest in the Third Squad. But faced with the brutal scene before them, they were filled with dread.
Despite their former arrogance, often looking down on the weak with disdain, witnessing Xavier's violent and fierce assault had shaken their once-steely resolve.
"Don’t worry, King Cooler is on his way. We just need to hold out a little longer!" One of the leading aliens encouraged the others.
"But that guy’s power is too strong; we can’t withstand it!" The alien next to him frowned.
"Damn it, where did this guy come from? He's even stronger than Lord Shaviza!" Another alien's voice trembled, having lost his usual composure.
Their faces paled, and they could see the fear in each other’s eyes.
"Damn it, we're going to die anyway. Let’s fight him!" One of the four, who had remained silent, roared in fury.
But as soon as the words left his mouth, a pair of cold, dark eyes suddenly appeared before him.
Xavier's fingers formed a blade and sliced through the air in a swift motion. With a wet sound, a head flew high, the eyes still reflecting shock and disbelief before the light faded from them.
"Damn! Everyone, run!"
The sudden turn of events shattered the aliens' composure, and they scattered in all directions in a panic.
"Heh, none of you are getting out of here alive today."
Xavier watched the fleeing aliens with a calm expression, then accelerated, his figure turning into a streak of light as he pursued them.
At Xavier's current level, killing aliens with power levels of only ten to twenty thousand was as easy as taking candy from a baby.
In a matter of breaths, several bodies paused mid-air, then plummeted to the ground, lifeless by the time they hit the surface.
"Cooler’s Third Squad has been erased from the universe!"
His cold voice echoed in the air as Xavier’s thoughts churned. Once upon a time, his battles with Zarbon required luck and numerous coincidences. Now, killing aliens of Zarbon’s level was effortless, requiring no significant exertion. Unconsciously, he had grown so much stronger.
But it wasn't enough, Xavier knew. His current strength was enough to intimidate ordinary aliens, but it was still far from sufficient. Compared to Frieza, Cell, and Majin Buu—beings who could cause cataclysmic destruction with a mere step—he was still very weak.
They stood like towering mountains on his path to growth—majestic, imposing, and commanding. They could be admired from afar but not approached.
The saying goes, "The higher the mountain, the greater the effort to climb." Though he couldn't yet reach them, his heart aspired to their heights. One day, he would reach their level, perhaps even surpass them and leave them far behind.
At that moment, a suffocating energy suddenly emanated from the distant outer space!
Xavier was startled, lifting his head to look towards the sky, his eyes flashing with sharp determination. "Such a powerful presence... Could it be Cooler himself?"
He murmured, his whole body involuntarily trembling. Cooler's aura brought immense pressure, and at this moment, his blood surged faster through his veins.
Facing Cooler directly with his current strength was incredibly unwise. Xavier knew he wasn't powerful enough to confront Cooler, and survival was uncertain. Therefore, before Cooler arrived, he needed to use Instant Transmission to escape.
But just as he was about to leave, a powerful pressure suddenly enveloped Xavier. It felt like he had plunged into a bottomless ice cave, as if someone had already noticed his presence. Xavier was stunned for a moment and then realized that the immense pressure had caused a disturbance in the space around him, interfering with his Instant Transmission.
"This is bad, my Instant Transmission is being disrupted!" Xavier muttered to himself. Amid the buzzing vibration of the air, he saw a black shadow suddenly pierce through the clouds and slowly descend.
It was a massive spaceship, unmistakably designed in the style of the Frost Demons! Under the enormous shadow, the ship landed on the rocky ground, its sturdy alloy legs sinking into the earth as if it were soft tofu. The saucer-shaped ship quickly stabilized.
Moments later, the hatch of the ship slowly opened, and aliens in uniform battle suits filed out, first clearing the surroundings. In the middle, a purple figure slowly walked down, with a smirk on his face, and his crimson pupils emitted a cold, hellish glow.
"That must be Cooler!" There was no mistaking Cooler. The moment Xavier saw the high-and-mighty figure, he recognized him as Cooler.
Locking his dark eyes on Cooler from a distance, Xavier's body began to tremble involuntarily. At the same time, he noticed Cooler was also staring intently at him, but with a gaze that held more contemptuous arrogance.
Cooler's body was predominantly purple, with white, rocky armor covering his head, shoulders, and limbs. A purple tail extended behind him. His overall appearance was very similar to Frieza's final form, but Cooler appeared more masculine compared to Frieza's petite ultimate form.
"To maintain Frieza's ultimate form as his normal state, Cooler's power far surpasses Frieza’s. The rumors of a fourth transformation that even Frieza doesn’t possess might be true!"
Cooler's eyes were deep and terrifying, his crimson pupils resembling those of a demon emerging from the abyss. The overwhelming energy radiating from him continuously assaulted Xavier's nerves, urging him to flee.
Xavier’s expression remained stern, his dark pupils gradually lighting up with a dazzling glow. He activated "Spirit Eye" and focused on Cooler.
Cooler: 724 years old, power level 1.5 billion!
1.5 billion—a terrifying number. Xavier couldn’t help but take a sharp breath.
"No wonder he's hailed as the greatest genius of the Frost Demons, his power is unfathomable! Just his normal battle power is 1.5 billion, far more terrifying than Frieza's final form. His true strength..."
Startled, Xavier realized this was merely Cooler's normal state. If the rumors about his fourth transformation were true, Cooler would be unimaginably powerful.
A chill ran down Xavier's spine, and he instinctively wanted to flee. But with Cooler's gaze firmly locked on him, he didn’t dare to make any rash moves.

Wait was cooler that strong how the hell did goku beat him. In the original story, even at his fourth form he was at 470,000,000 PL. That scaling is nuts.
