Chapter 93: Departure for Planet Yardrat

On the special forces training ground, over eighty Saiyan children finished their day’s training. They lined up neatly in twelve rows, eagerly awaiting their debriefing.
In recent days, Xavier had been using a military-style approach to instruct these trainees, and the results were impressive.
“After these months of training, you’ve all grasped the basics of Ki. Next, you can use the gravity chamber to assist your training. But remember, haste makes waste…”
Upon hearing that the basic Ki training was over and they could now use the gravity chamber, the Saiyans below began to stir. They whispered excitedly among themselves.
...
“Xavier, when can we form teams and go on missions? If I don’t fight soon, my limbs will rust!” As Xavier walked, he heard a loud voice from afar and saw a burly young man running over.
“What’s the rush, Belit? Can’t wait even a little?” Xavier laughed, seeing that it was Belit, a member of his former squad.
At fifteen, Belit was strong and burly, showing signs of becoming a powerhouse like Nappa. Compared to Xavier’s slim and handsome build, Belit was developing in a completely different direction.
“It’s not that, it’s just that my hands are itching…” Belit scratched his head, embarrassed.
Xavier chuckled, looking at Belit with a stern gaze. “If you want to go on missions, you need to increase your strength first. Your lives are precious. Look at the other Saiyans; they haven’t left Red Mountain Planet either.”
“To go out, you must increase your battle power!” This was an unbreakable rule.
With only about fourteen thousand Saiyans on Red Mountain Planet, every life was extremely valuable. The Red Mountain Planet Defense Force was still exploring external environments, and no Saiyan was allowed to go on missions until they met the strength requirements.
“But my battle power is already 4200. That’s as much as most elite warriors!” Belit complained, feeling pressured that he still wasn’t allowed to leave despite his high battle power. His face fell, and he sighed heavily.
In the past, a battle power of over four thousand was something to brag about. Nappa, who attacked Earth in the original story, was at this level.
“That was before. Red Mountain Planet doesn’t have a distinction between low-class and elite warriors. We’re all starting from the same point. If you don’t want to fall behind, focus on your training!” Xavier patted Belit’s shoulder with a light smile.
“Alright…”
Belit, who had been the weakest in Xavier’s squad, knew that he needed to work hard in the special forces to avoid being surpassed.
“So, you got scolded by Xavier, huh? I told you your question was premature…” Rida teased as Belit returned to the group.
“What did you say?” Belit glared at him.
A slender, long-haired girl nearby frowned at their bickering and said disapprovingly, “You two should stop it. If you don’t make the most of this special forces opportunity, you won’t achieve anything.”
“Atasya is right, you need to be serious,” Jelin added.
“Belit, Rida, get back to training when we return. Stop wasting time on useless things!” Shakda’s authoritative voice commanded. “We were the first to follow Xavier. If we get overtaken by other Saiyan squads, how would you feel?”
“I wouldn’t be able to stand it!”
Shakda snorted and walked away, leaving the two to contemplate his words.
Atasya shook her head, her beautiful eyes lingering on them for a moment. In a melodious voice, she said, "Belit, think carefully when you get back, or I'll have to personally train you."
Belit shivered at the thought, his face falling as he nodded repeatedly.
Since arriving on Red Mountain Planet, Xavier's old squad had essentially dissolved, with Shakda now leading the new team.
...
Walking along the flat path, Xavier couldn’t help but shake his head. Belit, achieving a little success, had started to become complacent. He wondered how much potential Belit would have in the future. However, he trusted Shakda and Atasya to straighten him out, so he wasn’t too worried.
With these thoughts, Xavier walked happily towards home.
However, the idea of leaving Red Mountain Planet had to be considered seriously. Saiyans couldn't stay on Red Mountain Planet forever. This thought gave him a bit of a headache.
When he got home and didn’t see Celine, he guessed that Rebecca must have taken her to learn cooking. After resting for a while, Xavier stepped out again, only to run into Bardock and Gine heading his way.
“Lord Xavier!” Bardock called out robustly.
“Lord Xavier, we were just looking for you!” Gine greeted warmly.
“Is something the matter?” Xavier stopped and responded with a smile.
Goku’s mother, Gine, was a petite Saiyan woman like Alice. She used to handle meat processing in the logistics department on Planet Vegeta, and she continued working in logistics on Red Mountain Planet.
“Bardock's headaches are getting worse. Do you know any way to lift the curse of the Kanassans?” Gine asked, her expression somewhat downcast.
Smiling slightly, Xavier turned his gaze to Bardock, pondering for a moment before saying, “As far as I know, there are several methods to lift the Kanassans' curse. However, the ability to see the future is quite useful. If possible, it’s best to retain it.”
Bardock nodded in agreement.
“By the way, I’m heading to Planet Yardrat in a few days. Why don’t you come with me? We might find a way to treat you there.”
In fact, gathering the seven Dragon Balls and using Shenron's power could also solve Bardock's problem. But since Xavier was already planning to go to Planet Yardrat, he decided to explore solutions there first.
Speaking of the Dragon Balls, Xavier remembered that he still had four of them in his dimensional space. They had reverted to their Dragon Ball appearance, so a trip to Earth was necessary to return them to their rightful place.
“That will be a great help, Lord Xavier!”
Gine’s face lit up with a smile, her worries vanishing at the prospect of a cure for her husband.
“It’s no trouble, just a small matter,” Xavier said, waving his hand with a smile.
Noticing Gine’s slightly rounded belly, Xavier remarked, “Congratulations! It looks like we Saiyans will be welcoming a new member soon.”
Gine blushed with happiness, leaning shyly against Bardock.
Xavier hadn’t anticipated that the changes he had caused would lead to Goku having an additional sibling. The marvels of the universe never ceased to amaze him.
After bidding farewell to Bardock and Gine, Xavier strolled to Adriel’s home.
As he entered, he saw Celine diligently following Rebecca’s cooking instructions. Despite her efforts, it was clear she had a long way to go before mastering the culinary arts.
At the dining table, Xavier mentioned his plan to visit Planet Yardrat. Celine immediately expressed her desire to join him, eager to learn the Instant Transmission technique she had long coveted.
Merus, not wanting to be left out, also insisted on coming along.
Xavier thought for a moment and agreed.
Early the next morning, after entrusting the affairs of Red Mountain Planet to Adriel, Xavier took Celine, Merus, and Bardock, and used Instant Transmission to leave Red Mountain Planet. The location of Planet Yardrat had been marked in the Galactic Star Chart from Planet Phydia long ago.
