This is only an xmls update to apply the same changes made by maxis to the tuning, but... I tested the game with the new patch on a clean save and the situation worked worse than before (won't even start if you select another lot other than the one currently loaded as a location, so yay!) and I can't guarantee the mods will improve things now.

Hey! My old computer died along with all my mods so ive started downloading again. I cant find the higher scholarships mod. Is it still around?

as far as I can tell yes but I only checked the xmls, I didn't load the game with mods
